RATES

Our tariffs for 2009/2010 are as indicated below, however we regularly run specials.

GENERAL NOTES

  1. All Rack rates as set out above are quoted pp per night and inclusive of breakfast, 14% VAT and bed levies.
  2. Check in time is 2.00 p.m. and check out time 11.00 a.m.
  3. Children 4 -12 years are welcome in the standard & luxury rooms at 50% of the per person sharing rate. Infants 0-3 years will be charged 25% of the per person sharing rate. Unaccompanied children will be charged at the standard rate.
  4. These rates may however be subject to change without notification. Visit our website at www.janharmsgat.com for updated rates and special offers.

RESERVATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. In order to secure a booking we require a 50% deposit on the accommodation rate.
  2. All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
  3. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
  4. Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
  5. Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
  6. Cancellations 22 to 28 days prior to arrival, forfeit 25% of the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
  7. Cancellations 29 days or more prior to arrival refund of full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
  8. Bookings will be released automatically & without notification if these conditions are not met.
  9. Please email or fax a copy of the deposit slip to +27 086 5239 284, once payment has been made.

Please note: In order to secure a booking made in High season (Dec & Jan), Festive season and Public holidays we require a 50% non refundable deposit on the accommodation rate, on conformation and the balance 30 days before arrival of guests. If the booking is made less than 30 days off arrival we require the full payment (non refundable) on confirmation.

Third Person Policy
Stay for the per person sharing rate minus 20%, breakfast is included.

Driver / Guide policy
Stay in a guest room (if available) for the per person sharing rate and not the single rate. Dinner and drinks for their own account.

ON CONFIRMATION ON BOOKING PLEASE ADVISE ON DINNER ARRANGEMENTS
RESTAURANT 1723 - Dinner is a 4 course set menu at R270/pp excluding drinks, on confirmation of booking please advise on dinner arrangements and on any allergies, dietary requirements or food that you don’t like or eat. Reservations are essential before arrival of guests.
